    How to use the AfHNS Clinical Practice Guidelines for Oropharyngeal Cancers in Developing Countries and Limited Resource Settings

    Click on the scenario 1-16 of resources available to you and your patient, and you will be directed to clinical practice guidelines appropriate for your patient.

    AFHNS OPC guidelines

    Adherence to these guidelines should be applied taking into account the local medical, surgical, and financial resources available to the individual patient, as well as the ability to access services at a better and more appropriately resourced center. When key resources are unavailable, the authors recommend referral to a center where optimal management is available.
