The pandemic of the century. This is what the Corona Virus was and many of us- firsthand- the impact it had on society. Most of us also know how airborne virus can be spread and the basic PPE to be used in defense of the virus infecting us. The SARS CoV-2 is COVID19, which stands for Corona Virus started in 2019 (in China). Viruses are 100-1000 times smaller than eukaryotic cells. The virus must hijack the nucleus of a cell to make copies of itself. Also, viruses are tricky in their capacity to mutate quickly, thus all the new variants arose after much of the population had “herd immunity” or vaccinations.

Answer these 4 Questions- some with multiple parts. Answer the main question but other questions may help contribute to your answers.
1) Did you learn anything about COVID19 recently or from these videos? Name 3-4 things
2) What was your family doing to protect against getting it? Do you wear masks, isolate, wash hands, use sanitizer etc. Family gatherings? Hang with friends?
3) Did you think it was going to go on so long? Did you experience COVID fatigue? Burnout. In March 2020 would you have guessed this result?
4) Did our leadership do a good job or not on controlling the spread? Are we doing better now? The USA seems to be far worse than other countries.
5) What is your opinion on the use of the vaccine? Did the priority system work?
